Six Flags St. Louis-Go or No go?

I'm in a heated debate whether or not to travel to St. Louis for an extended weekend. Would you recommend going to SFSL? If so, what rides would you recommend I hit?

Well, it's my home park, so I can tell you anything you need to know. It's a beautiful park, and it has some great coasters. Not much in the flat ride department though. Boss is good, but not great. Screamin' Eagle is an awesome woodie surrounded by trees, and Mr. Freeze is a very intense ride, with a great launch. B:TR is the best steel coaster in the park, and is incredibly intense. And last, there is Ninja, which is an ok Vekoma multi-looper. It's a good park, and I would reccomend it. On the other hand though, if you're able to, you should hit Holiday World instead. It's a much better park, with the two best wooden coasters I've ever ridden. Plus it's much cheaper, with FREE drinks. You can't beat that deal. Plus, it's only a few hours from SFStL, so it's not real far out of the way. If you have any specific questions, just let me know.

Personally, I think SFStl is the best SF park. It's got two amazing wooden coasters(yes The Boss is better than Raven)I would definitely recommend this park.

The Boss is mind blowing, as is Eagle. Add in 2 great steel rides, and a beautiful setting, and you get a great park. By all means, go.

im with raven_rider, also my homepark, it has a great setting and some good coasters. and the tree setting of screamin eagle makes the ride awesome.

I havent been there since 1992 and even back then I thought it was a well put together park. They have added more rides and coasters since then so I say go for it.

It is a good park, we use to live in Illinois and went there every summer. Thats where i rode my first coaster, Screaming Eagle, The last time i was there was back when the ninja's opening year. It has been a few years or a decade. LOL I see it has changed alot, but sounds like it still is rockin.

You should definitely go. The Boss is there. Thats a good enough reason for me :)

OF COURSE! The BOSS is hands down the greatest masterpiece ever! I can not give enough praise to this park. The only two letdowns were the price/tax for everything and Batman. Everything else was steller!

I make a coaster trip last years, and hit SFstl, i just got it to say its worth it , The Boss is great and Screamin' Eagle is a great woddie.
If you never ridden before Mr Frezze, believe its a must!!

Keeping Coaster!!

One word, GO. The Boss is the best woody that I have EVER been on period. Im going again this summer just to ride the Boss
