Six Flags St. Louis 7/22

I haven't been to many parks, but this is the biggest and most confusing park I have been to. It was a hot day, with a 113 degree heat index, which made the crowds pretty small outside the water park. One problem I see is that some of the rides don't fit with the park's scattered theming sections. Palace arcade in 1904 World's Fair? Any way on to the coasters. I give ratings from 1/2* to ****. Here are the coasters in the order that I rode them.

Batman: The Ride-Wow, my first invert, and really fun and intense in the back, but with the best visuals in the front. Smoothness and intensity are what make this ride really fun. ***

Ninja-If you ride this ride in the back, watch out for the airtime in the back because it flings you right into your harness. This ride is basically an upgrade of the standard corckscrew, with headbanging in the second element, but the headchopper makes up for it. **

Cedar Creek Mine Ride-This is the ride in the park where you can fall alseep really easily. It takes you up twenty feet to drop two feet and go into a helix. The only mine theming which is hard to catch is the sign on the second lift that says, "Cedar Creek Mine, 2 Miles." *

The Boss-My favorite of the day. Fun, fast intense, decent air time in the back, this ties Cyclops for my favorite woodie. I love the speed run after the drop, which I've only experienced on Excalibur before. It feels like you are going 30 MPH faster. It lacked airtime in the middle, but is still my favorite. ***1/2*

Screaming Eagle-Fun, Fast, but where is the airtime? I was expecting tons of it, but that is where this ride disappointed me. Smooth and more reridable than the Boss, this ride was a walk on, so we rode it four times.
Wow. There is so much air in the back of the Eagle! On the drop after the turn around, I was thrown out of my seat twice! I guess perhaps you went on a bad day or something. Anyway, sounds like you had a good time there. Shame about the lack of air on the Eagle, that was my favorite in the park.
What happened to Mr. Freeze??? Was it down?
I know i liked Mr. Freeze. Cool (get it?) launch and all. Check out my review on Six Flags America.

The Mine Ride is called "River King Mine Train", not "Cedar Creek Mine Ride". That's Cedar Point.
