Station Brakes, Fences Rise, Seats Fall, Riders Exit, Fences Fall, Seats Rise, Train Moves to Loading Platform, Fences Rise, Seats fall, Riders Enter, Check Restraints, Fences Fall, Seats Rise, Double Check Restraints, Dispatch.
I mean, thats a lot of stages to go through, and not a whole lot of rushing you can do. When a train exits every 3-4 minutes on X, it is a good day, for ANY park...i think it was the shortest i ever waited in line for the ride, less than a 1/2 hour.
One Sun. in January a year and a half ago, they were running two trains superbly. Dispatches about every 2.5 minutes. Wait time was around 15 minutes. It's the only day I've ridden it, but I did the whole park +14 laps on X.

Lines are almost empty, if not walk on, weekends in January @ MM, which would explain your claim of a deflated 15 minute wait.
I was at the park 7/12 and Batwing was only running one train when my swim team and I were in line and then during the wait, they started to run 2. Boy did the line go quicker!
