Six Flags Over Texas to install Lo-Q system

The Lo-Q ride reservation system, which was tested at Six Flags over Georgia in 2001, is coming to Six Flags over Texas in 2002. The system involves small pager-like devices to indicate when your time is for a particular ride.

I've suggested the wait time sign thing to CP, and they have apparently brought it up at meetings (not because of my suggestion necessarily), so I suppose it is on their minds.

Those cheap signs accomplish what all the queue management systems NEVER could...inform the public so they can make good decisions for themselves....what's especially cool in this case is that what's good for the individual is ALSO good for the masses....talk about INNOVATION!

In response to what coasterjedi said:    From what I understand with the Lo-Q system at parks, the guest coem up to the exit or other designated place, where there is normally one car reserved for those with the Lo-Q pagers where no other guest are allowed to ride in.
