Six Flags Over Texas in January?

Has anybody been to SFOT in January? I have a unique opportunity during a business trip to stop by the park but I am concerned that it would be a waste. Is it just some shops and a few rides or is it "really" open? Thanks for any insight! I’m amazed as it is that they are even open for that first week!

End of Holiday in the Park. No water rides, all of Gotham and Goodtimes Square is closed, which includes B:TR, Mr. Freeze, Flashback, and Judge Roy Scream. If you're going to have a good time, there's still plenty to do. If you're going to pad you coaster count, you'll miss several.

The park hasn't announced what rides / areas will be closed for Holiday In the Park that I'm aware of. The closed rides usually change from year to year depending on where work needs to be done.

However, it is pretty safe to say that Mr. Freeze will be closed.
