Six Flags Over Georgia

Has anyone been to this Six Flags park? How is it? I'm going there in about a week. How are the restraints on Superman? I am not a small person but I did get on X-flight and I don't have much of any problem getting into any B & M coaster but I have had to be smashed into any Intamin impulse coaster in order to ride. Will I have a problem getting in? How are the other coasters there? I will ride my 200th coaster there. Which one should be my 200th? Georgia Cyclone?

It doesn't really matter. Pick one that's a full circuit. That's my take on it.

If you can get into an Intamin impulse restraint you can get into anything. The restrains on S:UF are among the best ever. You can close them easily into yourself without having a problem buckling a seat belt or anything.

As for your 200th forget Georgia Cyclone and hit up either Mindbender or Great Americn Scream Machine. Both awesome rides. GASM is a great John Allen classic woody, the original way out and back coaster and Mindbender is Anton's greatest masterpiece IMO.

I'm a large man and I can tell you from experience that the restraints on Superman will most likely work for you. They did have to send a ride op to make sure that my restraint closed. It didn't the first time. Then they released everything and the second time it closed without much problem. My waist is 46". I have not had problems fitting into any of the other rides. Good luck.

you need to get over to europe and ride Tonnerre de Zeus at park asterix and megafobia at oakwood then! easily CCIs finest work ever
well you should enjoy your trip to SFOG... I think for your 200th that's a hard decision... I love Mindbender upside down and no OSTR that rocks... GASM is sweet also. My favorites are either S:UF or De Ja Vu. Batman kicks butt but if you've ridden one then you've tried them all. But plan to get there early. The worst line will be waiting to go through the metal detectors... But it's worth your safety and once through the gates you can head left to Georgia Scorcher or right to Georgia Psyclone

You'll probably want to reserve a Q-bot, it's getting crowded... Be advised Acro will probably NOT be open (a shame) due to lightning damage, and Mindbender is running one train due to lift problems.

Aside from that evrything should be operational.

Several weeks ago. Whoever supplies new parts (out of Europe somewhere) to replace the damaged ones is taking forever. Originally the parts could be bought form a US supplier; they no longer carry said parts, so we have to get them from Germany I think. The company there is taking their sweet time about it. So don't plan on it being open. But hey, things could change.
