Six Flags Next Park - CoasterBuzz

TITAN_FAN_13, I doubt they will go and build a new theme park in Japan. Space is limited there, and they have a lot of parks already. They might buy one though. I have pitty for the Japanese if that would ever happen...

What about one in florida, or a state that needs a major theme park, or something like that.

I got an idea!!!!!!!!!! Maybe Six Flags Will be smart by adding attractions to the parks they have recently bought!!! Gee...let's see...six flags is in debt. Why could this be??? Perhaps it's because they buy parks (great escape, sfdl, sfne, etc, etc.) and only put in minimal investments into them. Maybe if they focused on making the park better by adding attractions instead of "six flags" before the park name, then they'd get some of their money returned from buying out these parks! Wow, imagine that! I almost wish my home park (sfdl) didn't buy out to six flags. I wish they could've been bought out by someone like cedar fair- they probably would've been better off. oh well, i'll stop now.

I know it's a really small park but maybe they would buy out Americana (sp?) in OH? Then they would put SFWOA and CP & Americana and PKI? Just a thought! (I'm sure the current owner will be more than willing to sell this park to SF, I think he reliazed he bit off more than he could chew.)

In response to the first few posts...Six Flags would not buy Silver Dollar City or Dollywood. They are their own company and have been around longer than Six Flags. If you've ever been to the park, you can definitely tell it isn't the product of a major corperation like Six Flags.

To comment on Six Flags' next park...I have no clue. However, I believe they need to fix up the parks they currently have before going any further (i.e. Frontier City, Great Escape, Wyandot Lake, Enchanted Village, SFAW & SFEG).

i think six flags just need a park in every state that is all.. more than one six flags in one state is too much except california.. and texas..

whata bout Hawaii or alaska or Utah, oregon.. alabama.. mississippi heh etc.

I'm in a sarcastic mood so here it goes:

Six Flags will purchace Yellowstone National Park and call it Six Flags Yellowstone. They could put a river ride down the Yellowstone river and coasters in and around the geysers. They could even have a buffalo petting zoo.

If six flags doesn't watch it, and slow down a bit, they will be filing for bankruptcy before we know it! I think that they desperatly need to start paying attention to their parks they have now. Especiall SFKK!!! Its a great park with great attendance each year, so WHY DONT WE GET ANYTHING?????

Why would Six Flags buy out Dollywood or Silver Dollar City? Both are very successful and probobly better than 75% or more of the Six Flags parks. So, in short, both parks are too good for them, IMO.
