Six Flags New England???

How will the crowds be at SFNE on next tuesday??? I am bringing someone with me that the last time they were there, the had waterslides in back where Blizzard River was and when the 3 coasters were Cyclone, Thunderbolt, and Black Widow. I want theme to get on EVERYTHING so how will the crowds be??
I was there yesterday, and I must say that the park was bursting with people. The line for "Superman" got smaller as the day went on...we waited 45 mins at around 11, and at 5 we waited about 25. expect a crowd. "Flashback" was having some problems yesterday so we didn't go in line there. Longest line was for "Scream" it was about an hour long (2 of the 3 towers working) It is possible to ride everything. We got on everything but the "Flashback" from 1030 - 5:30.
The airtime on Superman was crazy. Totally ran all over Nitro. It feels like they sped the "Mind Eraser" up in the last year, I think that increased the headbanging. If you have all day you will be able to hit everything. Have fun.

I'm going back in 2 weeks.
The crowds shouldn't be as bad on Tuesday as they would be on the weekend, but they have a tendency to be pretty busy even on weekdays. Do you have a SF season pass? They open an area in the park an hour early each day to season pass holders. That would come in handy. Be prepared for a line on SROS, but IMO it's well worth it. The last time I saw that one with short lines was in May.

By the way, you're in for quite a surprise. The place has changed a lot since then. With a little bit of luck, you should be able to ride everything. Have fun!

Eddie, I'm glad you enjoyed SROS. Gotta love the airtime. *** This post was edited by Lisa Marie on 8/2/2001. ***
they wont be that bad on tuesday.
Get there early and get ride reservations so you will have a guaranteed ride on the big stuff for later in the day. Any wait under 45 minutes for SROS is great. On weekends it can be up to three hours. Hit that first then the Cyclone, in the morning no one ever rides the Cyclone so you can get a few spins in on that early. Scream or SROS will be your longest waits of the day. Should have gone today, they had a Hawaiian Tropic Contest. I was going to go but I have this stupid job where they expect me to show up everyday instead of going out to ride coasters!! I have to find another line of work. How much do theme park philosophers make?? Have fun!!!
