Six Flags may pay part of potential settlement out of corporate funds following Texas death

Six Flags could have to pay to up $2.5 million out of company funds in connection with the July 19 death of a Dallas woman at the company’s Arlington theme park. Experts say most of settlement would be paid by insurance.
