I have the choic of going To PGA or SFMW. I have been to Six Flags but, only a short time and I would love to ride Medusa this time. I also hear crowds are getting low. I know PGA has a lot of rollercoasters but, i hear alot aren't very good. So I am leaning Towards PGA but I do need help! Thanks!

Riddler's Revenge : UNDERATED!
Depends on if your looking for quantity or quality. While PGA does have more coasters, the lineup is pretty weak. Stealth and Top Gun rock, but the rest are nothing to write home about. And Grizzly down right sucks, the worst coaster ever built in any park! Ask anyone who's had the misfortune of riding this horribly maintained torture device. And the rest of the park sucks too, no theming, more like a carnival than a theme park. Now SFMW may have less coasters, but Medusa and Roar pack the best one/two punch in the area. And if you like spinning rides, SFMW has em all, all the latest. PGA has the same one's from the 70's and keeps ripping out whatever one's are left one after the other. PGA's actually a sad pathetic park, especially if you've already been to SFMM or any other SF park, Paramount's just destroyed what was once a great park. Whereas SFMW is already an awesome, fun, beautifully themed and landscaped park, and they're just getting started! Oh, and if you like Riddler, you'll LOVE Medusa, a way better B&M masterpiece!
I completely agree with Draco on this one...SFMW is my home park, and its the best in the area. It may be small and new for now, but they've got some of the best rides, (Medusa, Roar). No offense to PGA fans, but the park flat out sucks. Top Gun is OK, Stealth may be the first of its kind, but there will be bigger and better "flying" coasters soon. Stealth is not worth the whole day at PGA, the lines are incredibly long. B&M came out, again, with another great coaster, Medusa. (my persoanl favorite)
I had this same problem two weeks ago when I was in the Bay-Area. I ended up going to SFMW because the lines are shorter and Medusa is the best ride ever. I am going to PGA in October so I picked SFMW. Also, PGA's lines for Stealth are like 3 hours and their rides aren't the best.

**The Future Is Riding On It!!!**
I have been to both now,, I just got back from Great America and i have to say Great America is better. Waiting in lines is so boring at marine world. They only run one train on Kong and Roar usually making waits long. Top Gun is better than Kong. Top Gun really makes the speed and g forces big time alot more then Kong. Also, I went on a wensday and there was not alot of people there and Stelth ws 30 minutes wait and isn't to boring. Medusa probibly is better than Stelth, Roar beats Grizzly and Boomerang is the same ride as invertigo except invertigo has the face to face element to make it better. So it is tied. Great America wins because of having more coasters and alot nicer ride ops. Also Marine World had so many line jumping problems. I do think Marine World will take the cake eventually though because of the money six flags has. Great America squanderd an opertunity in 98 to get a great ride but made
another shuttle looper. I think Great America putting in a major ride in 2001 will get there act together.
