Riders queuing up to board the new Terminator Salvation wooden roller coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain this summer will get survival instructions from two of the movie’s stars. While waiting in the queue, riders will be encouraged via video clips featuring Common and Bloodgood to “join the resistance” and help fight the Terminator robots.

I was on the coasters work-site Sunday. They are certainly aware of some peoples feelings about a Terminator coaster being made of wood. They said when it is all done it will make sense. Also, the group that is designing the sets for the movie are the ones that are designing the storyline and queue areas for the coaster.
After seeing the coaster shape and hearing some of the ideas of the theme wood is a better fit for a Terminator coaster based on the Resistance.
Well, the good news is that many CoasterBuzzers will have no problem joining "the resistance." They've had many years of practice at the concept. ;)

^ Too bad you can't seem to "resist" the Six Flags threads. They've still at least got your interest. :)
It can be argued that feelings of dislike can sometimes be stronger than feelings of like. Sometimes some people's dislike for six Flags keeps their interest in the chain.
