When looking at your "track record" Tyler, it seems that you have already been to Kentucky Kingdom before. So my suggestion to you would be to start with your favorite coaster from there last time.
I personally head to the back of $FKK and work my way forward, but then again, when I went last summer, and there were only about 100 people in the entire park.
When I've been to SFKK it's always been very busy. You were lucky if the park was near empty.
I want to say that I was there last Memorial Day (or some holiday weekend -- but ont he actual holiday itself), and got there before the park opened. It was most humid day I think I have ever experienced. We did the entire park in approx three hours and left around 2 in the afternoon. I think I would have been very unhappy if the park was crowded, since there was not much to it (and if i would ahve had to wait for T2 -- don't think so). The ops were super nice there though and let us ride the Twisted Sisters over and over wthout leaving the platform. Same thing for Greezed Lightnin'. Don't think I would go back again though, unless I needed a super cheap season pass to $F parks. I was super impressed though that they had the cheapest parking I have ever found at a major park.
The parking is cheap because it is not run by Six Flags. It is the state fair parking run by whatever authority controls the fair.
