Six Flags Great Adventure - no new rides?

This year, Six Flags Great Adventure did not add any new rides, in fact they took down 3 rides and raised the park entrance fee. Do you think this will have an impact on the number of people coming to the park?

true with the retracking. my brother works viper for math/science says and he said they made the drop longer, i'm not sure because this is my first year on Viper

2 Brand new launched coasters, 'nuff said. Viper returning, Parachute Drop returning, etc. RT couldn't help but get better, it was really quite awful last year....and didn't they get an improved upcharge, too? Sounds like a pretty good year folowing Nitro to me....

I can't wait for the changes i am gonna be ridin the new chiller in about 12 hours.

It was still a big year in spending for them. The work on Viper was pretty hefty, as was Chiller. The Alcatraz is considered a new attraction, believe it or not. You have to take inot considerations the amount of cash spent on retuning the Entertainment division this year. That is huge to lots of guests.

And next year will good..............
