Six Flags Fiesta Texas to add Wiggles World in 2009

Six Flags Fiesta Texas says the San Antonio theme park will add a new Wiggles World interactive children’s area next season. The new attraction will feature rides, food and entertainment designed specifically for kids.

Brilliant move. LOVE that park (even though they're lacking a decent wooden coaster), just surprised at the lack of a substantial children's area...until now. This will give them something to compete with Shamu's Happy Harbor... :)

I'm not as thrilled. I always felt like Fiesta Texas was the least commercialized park in the chain. I love the park's original and extensive thematic atmoshpere. I would hate to see that be further phased out for more cartoon characters.
