Six Flags Fiesta Texas-LONG! 7/11

Associated parks:
None

My family decided to spend a day at Fiesta Texas on the 11th, and was a little dissapointed.

Coasters: 1-5 ratings
Roadrunner Express-A great little coaster that pulls heavy G's! Rating-4

Boomerang-Like all of them, this one sucks.
Rating-1

Superman-Very Dissapointed. First of all, the floorless part makes no difference compared Hulk trains. I just didn't move around in the train like in batman.
Rating-2

Rattler-What will you do to a coaster with a great start, a bad middle, and a good ending? I don't know either. Overall, an OK ride.
Rating-2.5

Poltergeist-A pleasent surprise with a great launch, a little bumpy, but the amazingly soft harness makes up for it.
Rating-3.5

My favorite ride had to be the Scream S&S Space Shot.

Last but not least, the Joker's Revenge. This was a good coaster the has comfy harnesses and is pretty smooth (I probably got lucky)
Rating-3

An overall long and tiring day, but the next would make up for it.

Dude,Dude, Dude, Dude, Dude, Dude.....Dude. I've guess you've got a point there.

WASSUP!
Where did you sit on SKC.IMO the front has the best floorless effect.

T marks the spot for SFOT in 2001.

I will be heading to SFFT on the 29th and 30th. I can't wait to try Superman Krypton Coaster, it will be my first floorless. I've heard bad things about Joker's Revenge, so yeah, you were probably lucky.

TITAN RULES!

BTW, I've read posts on Lone Star Thrills forums that said Superan:KC was a much better coaster than Titan, and was the number 1 coaster in the state of Texas. I take it you don't concur with this opinion.

You really HAVE to experience any floorless coaster in the front seat for the first time... Otherwise it looses all floorless effect. The hang-time in the loop and zero-g roll are great, not to mention a spiraling drop next to a cliff. SKC ranked higher than BKF for me.

CEDAR POINT AMERICAS "ROCK N ROLLERCOAST!"
I sat in the front seat, and it was just OK. It's just my opinion.

Wow, a 2 for SKC? That was my second favorite in Texas! Too bad you didn't enjoy it as much as I did. Otherwise, I pretty much agree with the rest of your ratings. It sounds like you still had a pretty good time. But a 2 for SKC! ;)
Raging Bull isn't a floorless coaster. Sure it may look similar to a floorless design, but it's not. Raging Bull, Apollo's Chariot, and Nitro all have floors. Coastergoose, in your next trip report, give us a little bit more details if you would. I know I enjoy reading about prices, layout, flat rides, temperature, food, time waited for rides etc. I think I would've understood your dissapointment better if you had.

Um, Intamin Fan? Yeah, reread his post. He said he had never been on a floorless and that by how much fun RB was in the front seat, he knew that a floorless would be so much better. Thanks.

Danny, who caught that even though he is under 21 ;)

PKI 2002- "The Rollercoast is Toast!"
Wow, I don't agree with much in your TR. I've been to FT several times this summer including yesterday. SKC is a great coaster. In front it's unbelievably fun. Joker's Revenge I haven't rode in my last several trips, it is that bad. I won't ride it even though it's always a walk on. It's slow, rough, short, boring. I don't see the point in a coaster that only goes backwards because you don't even see any of the ride, which is why your head bangs.(I'm sure racers that go forwards and backwards is an exception, as going backwards gives you a different viewpoint). Rattler you hit it on the head, although the middle with the triple helices is better this week because it's not slowed down as much and goes fast through them. And I love the tunnel going through the cliff wall. Also haven't rode Poltergeist in a while. It's easily the most painful coaster I've been on. The OTSR are soft to the touch but not when your head bangs on them. I won't ride it again until they get lapbars. Road Runner Express sucks. The que must be close to a quarter mile walk, and other than the que there's no mine theming. It's just a slow blah coaster. Mine train at SFoT is older and not as fast but so much more fun because of the theming and 2 great tunnels.
