Six FLags European Parks

Does anyone know why SF no longer controls 9 parks in europe?
Last year, they had the 2 SF parks in Holland and Belguim, 3 Walibis in France, 2 Warners Bros in Germany and Spain, + the Bellewaerde park in France.

The only one they list this year is the one in Madrid.

Kicking myself now for not taking advantage of the SF Season Pass more last year!!
