Six Flags Branded...... Blow Up Water Slides?

300 bucks?!! Ouch. Is it really that much better than a plastic tarp and a garden hose?

Aww, come on, that's nothing. You can make that cost up with the first 20 people you charge the $15 parking fee.

/\ lolol, yeah who knows if you grab a bunch of things you can start selling season passes too... *** Edited 4/26/2006 5:59:10 PM UTC by P18***

LMAO....sorry, but THAT was funny.

Those Six Flags slides have been around for like 2 years now and they're REALLY expensive for their quality. :( Hopefully the improved version will do better.

Swoosh, those structures are strictly air-supported, with a continuous blower. Just like all those bounces and slides you see in carnivals. You know, those bounces that tend to catch a gust of wind and go sailing across the highway, spilling kids all the way...

or the Titanic slides, that have a way of hurting people...

I saw this at Walmart as well. And when I saw the price, me and my brother both were laughing beause the images on the box looked like they were cut and pasted on . . . they didn't look like they were worth that much.
I work at a Wal-mart, and our store has the entire line of Six Flag blowup water slides blown up and running on display in a empty space that used to be one of those Snack Bar's many Wal-Mart's have (some call it the Radio Grill). Since the Snack Bar was closed down, management at our store decided it would be cool to display these things, since its difficult to understand how large they are, and how they look, when crammed in a small box. They seem to be of good quality, and we haven't had any fans blow out on any of them yet, though they run constantly. They are worth the purchase if you have kids who like to play on water slides.
