Six Flags Fiesta Texas President Jeffrey Siebert — who became familiar with plans for the San Antonio theme park long before it arose from the remains of a closed quarry 25 years ago — confirmed that the parent company, Six Flags Entertainment Corp., has much more in store for its Alamo City property.

Will there be a "totally immersive dark ride experience?" :)

^Yes, and of Schlitterbahn. Jeff's got as much genuine enthusiasm as anyone I've met since I got involved with this bunch of rowdies...
You still have Zoidberg.... You ALL have Zoidberg! (V) (;,,;) (V)
Yeah, in a way, he's responsible for the legitimacy of CoasterBuzz Club, which was the first online club, and so indirectly every other that came after it. When I launched the club as a way to deal with shrinking ad revenue and soaring cost, he was first in line to say, "Hey come have an event here."
Of course, these days, the big parks prefer to have their own club-agnostic events (and I despise running events), but still, CB owes him a lot of high fives.

I always smile extra wide when I see him on the schedule for No Coaster. He loves, truly loves, what he does, and it shows.

I have heard nothing but good things about Siebert. It's awesome when you love what you do for a living.
Its future would be much greater if it wasn't owned by Six Flags, maybe that's what the guy is hinting at? I see a future of muted, sucky, tostitos-sponsored, factory-replicated coasters for most Six Flags parks. The company hasn't built a good unique ride at any of its parks in years.
"The term is 'amusement park.' An old Earth name for a place where people could go to see and do all sorts of fascinating things." -Spock, Stardate 3025
Reversing Motorized Circles? I haven't ridden one of the new giant Larson's yet, so I'll reserve judgement.
As for the Iron Horse conversions... They're the only reason we've visited a SF park in the past 5 years, including a transcon flight specifically to visit SFMM. So yeah... they did their job!
Exactly! Why did I visit SFOT and SFFT last year and why am I going back this year? One reason: Iron Rattler and NTG. Will maybe get to SFNE this year for Wicked Cyclone although it depends on cost; as things stand now it's significantly cheaper to fly from Philly to SAT or DFW than it is to fly from Philly to Hartford.
