Does that mean its the Tallest now, at 420 ft, and with the worlds first vertical drop.

Actually the records were broken down into 2 categories. Full circuit and non-full circuit. Therefore S:TE is the tallest non-full circuit and Steel Dragon is the talles full circuit. But overall if you bunch them into 1, S:TE technically is the tallest.
For worlds first vertical drop, S:TE is launched where as Oblivion has a lift hill and drops. I dont know if you would consider S:TE as a drop. This second part is just my opinion.
