Supports for Silver Bullet's storage track have been erected at Knott's Berry Farm. Many more footers have been poured and track continues to arrive. Testing has also begun on Riptide. Photos and video are up at ACN.

Riptide DOES look cool, like the colors...

Does anyone else notice that it seems to run an *unusual* program....gotta wonder if that's the program it will run when operating, with a FEW different SETS of flips instead of one good BURST of flips...

I'll be there come January, save a seat for me on SB....and as usual, the back seat on Monte...;)

It would be nice if it was done in mid October when I'm going there but that is VERY wishful thinking. I think I will just settle for Xcelerator to be running again! Dayum I love that ride!
If only they would run the Top Spin like the Germans. Hire a crazy german showman to come manually run it lol. (/dreams) 56+ flips at a time is some FUN stuff.

I was told by an attendent recently that they are hoping to open Silver Bullet for the Halloween Haunt.
