Anyone know the height restrictions for the new Shamu coaster at Sea World Orlando? I couldn't find it on their website and I have a little guy who will be begging me to go on it.

According to the Sea World Texas website, to ride their Shamu Express:
A parent must accompany children smaller than 41 inches. Children must be at least 38 inches to ride.

If it's anything like the Texas ride (and all indications are "yes", only a longer version with the SAME cars), then the kids will love it, and adult males should protect the family's OTHER assets... ;)

Lol Gator! As a future father, I'll keep this in mind. I didn't realize these rides have a "sissy" bar. :)

Thanks guts! I'm not sure why the Orlando site doesn't go into more detail about the ride restrictions. Now I have to go home and see if the boy is 38 inches. I hope so or I'm going to have an ugly scene on my hands.
Then, I've got to figure out a way to ditch the kid and get over the Kracken and Atlantis!

Isn't that what the Lost Children service center is for? (Just Kidding) ;)

Well, Grandma might be going so I'm hoping that the wife will ride Atlantis with me. I'm guessing I'll have to go solo on Kraken.
