The side effects of the new trainer are worse than the old one. You cannot build Popcorn stands, Seafood stands, reverse incline launched inverted, a B&M hyper (height wise), and the thing screws up the trains on the B&M coasters.

I haven't noticed any of those problems with the 1.7 trainer.

I don't have any problem with my two trainers, I have the one where you can do powered launce and all of the modes and trains on any coaster.

I think its just the latest ver. of the Techno Trainer.
Well, as far as I know, 1.7 is the Lite Techno, is the latest. It's got the changable ride attributes and everything...and I have absolutely no problems. I don't think it's a universal problem, but a machine specific one.
