I Went to PCW on 5/26, and the highlight of the day was riding this flat ride. EVERY park should look into buying one of these. The only drawback is the slow loading. I waited in line for an hour, and the line wasn't even that long. Maybe it was just the pcw staff, because NONE of them that I encountered were too bright. Anyway, the ride was amazing, I can't explain it. The sad thing is, that of all the coasters and other rides they have, this is the best one, imo. Only a major rollercoaster in this park could beat out the overall experience of Shockwave.
Shockwave's a Mondial Topscan, right? I rode Samurai last year at Lagoon and it was amazing! I don't think it's the loading that's the problem, I think it's the capacity. If I remember correctly, Topscan's only hold 30 passengers. That's not very much for a flat ride.
Isn't a topscan similar to a huss fly-away?
