Shapiro takes on a second job.

The Chicago based Tribune company has elected Shapiro to its board of directors.

My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.

That sort of thing is pretty typical for upper-level executives.

So not only can these people screw up their own companies, they can help screw up others.

That's why I almost always vote against the nominees for the boards on any stocks I own. I know it makes no difference, but it's my own statement.

You just vote against everybody by default?
