SFWoA Season Passes

Earlier this week my father received a mailing from WoA (even though he isn't and I am a season pass holder) and it said something about the upgrade (Adventure card) or something. I was wondering if anyone has heard about this and if so could you tell me more about it. I called WoA but I know they wont get back to me...they are kinda rude up there.

A friend of mine mentioned this also, but when we got our passes processed last week, no one in the season pass office asked if we wanted to "upgrade." I don't remember exactly what all is offered with it. Mainly discount tickets for things in the area I think. Everyone in the season pass office was very nice, I hope this is a sign of good things to come this year at the park.

The Adventurers Club Upgrade gives you (if I remember correctly) 2 free tickets for friends as the coupon book this year does not have any freebies, 1 free ticket to a Cleveland Crunch game, 1 free ticket to a Cleveland Rockers game, and... see- isn't it a great deal ;)... 1 ticket to a Cleveland Cavaliers game. Also, you get free admission to the Akron Zoo, Thistledown Race Track, and a couple of other minor attractions in the Northeast Ohio area. I also thought I read on the form that they gave me when I purchased my pass that you get a 10% discount on SFWoA merchandise all season long.

The package is an additional $20, which makes the total price $79.99. If that package included parking (which it doesn't), I'd jump on it. But I think I'll stick with the basic package.

It seems like they are not sending them to previous season pass holders. I got one but it was not addressed to me. Also I know someone who is a SP holder and did not get one.

From what I read on the flyer for an extra $30 you can get free admission into local Cleveland Attractions (did this once already, Cavs (NBA), Barons (IHL) , Rockers (WNBA), Crunch (NPSL), Akron Zoo, Thistledown Race Track, The Cleveland natural History Museum, and Football Hall of fame) Not exactly anything great aside from the Natural History Museum and pro football hall of fame.

There was also this which conufsed me, as part of the deal

Plus! Bring a friend for free any Day May-July &August-October.

Ummm, isn't that everyday the park is open? Unless they added another month like Febtober!

I'm fairly sure they mean that you can bring a friend once between May and July and then bring a friend again between August and October. So you can bring someone two times, just during different parts of the summer.

They actually got back to me!!! The bring a friend May-July & August-October is that you can bring 1 friend 1 time on each of those coupons like Missa said. I think I will stick with the regular pass too because like ProgRay said if it included parking I would do it but it doesn't so I'm not

I am a SP holder and didn't receive one either, but like I said, a friend of mine (who's a SP holder) got one. Go figure. It is SF afterall.

I got the same flyer but I'm not gonna do it because most of the stuff isn't worth the $30 except for the hall of fame, the zoo, the museum, and maybe a lumberjacks game.

I can't think of a good signature.

I'm just curious how many people would go to all of those things if they had the pass? I know I definately wouldn't.
