I have just completed my recreation of Six Flags Worlds of Adventure 2001. It includes all three parks - wild rides side, wild life side, and the water park, as well as X-Flight.
Due to a lack of space, X-Flight is smaller than I would have liked, and the bird show and picnic pavillions are missing from the wild life side. Other than that I believe the park is about as accurate as you can get with RCT.
Also, the park is fully openable and all the coasters rideable which is always my main goal.
