SFWOA has a new GM

Just got back from work today at SFSTL and was informed that the VP of Food Service was promoted earlier in the week. A memo to all employees was posted stating "Effective April 24, 2001 Joe Costa in the new President/General Manager of Six Flags Worlds of Adventures in Ohio.

That makes about 5 GM's since Premier/6F bought Geauga Lake and hired Kennywood's GM.

Talk about stability.

I think Mr. Bateman was sent to Geauga to oversee the conversion to Six Flags, with the final aspect of conversion being the purchase of Sea World.

All I can say is thank you Mr. Bateman for what you accomplished at SFWoA.
