SFWoA Employee Age Minimum

I heard the other day from one of my friends who works at SFWoA that the minimum age to work at SFWoA will be cahnged from 15 to 17. Does anyone who works there know if this is true? If it is, do you guys think this will help get rid of some of the rude employees?
That sucks, I wanted to work there next year too at the main gate.. Oh well.

Im not opinionated, im just always RIGHT!

I don't know for sure, but from what I've heard as long as you can stand semi-erect and not do your job they'll hire you.

Will it get rid of the "rude" employees? Maybe... One would expect a 17 year old who has car payments, college, etc. to pay would have more motivation to do a good job than someone working for some extra spending money. But I thought the park was having trouble getting enough people to work as is... what are they going to do, have one ride op per ride???

In my own observations (maybe I'm just imagining) it seems that the employees operating the less favored coasters (Raging Wolf Bobs, Mind Eraser, Serial Thriller, and Double Loop) seemed to enjoy their jobs more and were much more friendly and enthusiastic. Perhaps operators on the more popular rides should be rotated more often to reduce operator stress?

I haven't heard about an age change, but then again, it wouldn't affect me (I'll be turning 17 in september).
