SFWoA Discounts?

Sorry if this has been answered before, I searched but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. If this has been answered, please point me in the right direction.

Anyway, I was planning on making a trip up to SFWoA on Friday, Sept 20, because I had been reading on a few websites that crowds are almost non-existant on that day. Now, the park is open from 6-midnight, and I thouhgt they would offer some type of starlight or discounted ticket, but after looking all over sixflags.com, I couldn't find anything.

After calling the park, I was told that the admission price for that night is full price ($39.99). Now, this seems a little off to me, because the park is only open from 6-midnight, and they don't even offer any kind of starlight admission.

So... my question is, does anyone know where I can find discounts for this night? I really want to go, but don't want to pay $39.99. Thanks.

Just sit back, and enjoy your record breaking ride on Millennium Force!

I can help ya a little here :)

The park is open until midnight (but BEWARE they can and will close the RIDES at 11 if it's light crowds) you will definetly get your money's worth for anything you do in the park, but don't pay full price.

The BEST deals are:

1) There are TONS of people with bring a friend free that day you are going in their coupon books. so you can more than likely get in for free that way...people are pretty nice at SFWoA sharing there coupons if they aren't going to use them.

2) Buy one get one free with ANY coke can.

3) Giant Eagle has some hefty discounted tickets for Fright Fest, not positive of the fright fest price though.

4) By a 2003 season pass that day and get in for free :) From what I understand you will be able to do that during Fright Fest...same as PKI this year and their 2003 season pass.

I hope a little of this helps and enjoy your trip!! C-ya around being scared at the Ohio Parks!!

So, is that day a bring a friend for free day? And if so, wouldn't that mean the park would get somewhat crowded? I'm still a little confused about that.

Thanks for the help though!

If your really evil in this life, do you come back as toilet paper????
ladies and gentlemen, due to an increase in line jumping, people caught cutting in line will no longer be ejected from the park. u will be ejected from the ride

From what I understand June was nothing but light crowds.
For some strange reason, Ohioans (ONLY) this time of year don't go themeparking on Fridays if they have to drive more than an hour. This past Fridays Octoberfest had a few people even though it was also bring a friend free. Perfect weather and all. Sat. was packed until it downpoured.

I can tell you in all, Ohio is BY FAR the place to be this Halloween. Every park is doing something big, and bigger than normal. :)
