I was just looking at SFMW's map and I realized that it is so similar to SFWoA. These are the similarities:
-Both have B&M Floorless coasters.
-Both have SLC's.
-Both have Boomerangs.
-Both have Impulses.
-Both have new good woodies. (Villain, Roar)
-Both have wildlife sections.
-Both are surrounded by water.
-It looks like they have the same exact layout on their kiddie coaster.
Has anyone else noticed how alike these parks are?

Yes, I have also noticed that both parks are similar. Now if SFWOA gets a hypercoaster next year, perhaps SFMW will grace us Nor Cal coaster freaks with one in 2003! ;)
well i guess i don't need to go to SFWoA then i'll just go to SFMW.
By the way i didn't know roar was new. my friend said it was old.

well to tell u the truth, even though i haven't rode woa or mw's slc, if thre anything the others i've rode then i think they should take them out and replace them with anykind of B&M inverted coaster
Oh my not another like SFwoa '=' Six Flags Waste Of an Afternoon. I just can't imagine another amuusement park as horrible as SFwoa.
Just Coasting... Is SFWoA that bad??? whoa i though magic mountain was bad for taking forever on Deja Vu!
No, in the opinions of many people, SFWoA is not as bad as Just Coasting is making it out to be. Sure, it doesn't have the ideal layout (not Six Flags fault, the original design wasn't built to have the space to support a gaint park), the park service is not up to par with several other parks in Ohio, HOWEVER...In my personal experience, I did not notice the trash problems, the broken-down ride problems, or the ride operator laziness problems. They have THE best coaster selection available in the area.
I never thought about the similarities between SFMW and SFWoA, but now that you talk about it it seems very true. When did Six Flags acquire Marine World?
