SFoT & SFAstroworld, worth the trip?

I am in the planning stages for a trip on the first weekend of October to hit these two parks.

I never see any TR's for these parks. Are they worth the trip? (My current plan is: flying to DFW going to SFoT Friday Night, getting up eeeeaaaarly to drive to SFAstro then driving back to hotel by SFoT and then Sunday at SFoT until flight time.)

Ideas, comments are appreciated.

I would go to SFOT, but skip Astroworld. It is by far the dirtiest and worst Six Flags park.

The Pens will win the Stanley Cup in 2002!
I would go to SFFT instead of AW. But AW has pretty good coasters.

Yeah, Fiesta Texas would be my choice too. It is closer and I had a much better time at Fiesta than Astro. I was just at all 3 (and Jazzland too) less than a month ago. Astroworls has more coasters, but nothing really stands out, except Thriller (Tex Tornado) but it is almost never open.

Besides, Fiesta has a Sky Scraper, YOWSA!!!

SFoT is worth the trip alone!

I'm bumping this back up to the top, wondering if anyone else has ideas. Now I'm beginning to wonder if I should choose SFFT over SFAstro (in addition to SFoT).

Help!

Astroword has 3 Shwartzkofs one of the few remaining Flywheel designed shuttle coasters, Looping Star, and the Texas Tornado which may be open Saturday. Also has Ultra twister the only Heartline Barrel coaster in the US. Only of of 3 in the World. Texas Cyclone one of the best Woodies around now that it is Coffenless. You also have Batman the Escape the only Standup in Texas. An SLC clone and a Suspended coaster. Fiesta has more flats but you must realize SFAW is a 4 hour trip one way from DFW. FT is 4.5 hour.Fiesta has more flats and is prettier but has less coasters.
