SFO's Big Dipper giving rides again

The Big Dipper at Six Flags Ohio is finally giving rides to guests after several months of being broken down. Reportedly the ride was broken down because an employee tried to speed up the lift hill and blew the motor.

While the ride was running you could not ride in the back seat, and while I was in line, it broke down again. I was able to ride it but up front before the day was through.

I know. While not the best coaster there, I still was disappointed that I didn't get to ride it.;)

Here's an update,
The coaster was running with a full train today. It was still only running one train but was a walk-on anyway because of Oktoberfest.

I rode this coaster in July (I have pictures). It couldn't have been broken for months. The alarm that alerts the ride-op to stop the train is unusual these days and a little scary.

I had ridden it on July 4, but it broke down toward the end of July. It was more like two months not several sorry.
