SFoG 3/30 (the flood)

SFoG...

Yes I was there... Coaster count = 0...

It rained all freakin' day. I was hoping scorcher would open since I ended up being the next up person in the cue after they closed it... but Nope... All the coasters ended up closing before I could get on them.

Flat ride count = 0.. I actually got on the looping spaceship and they made us all release the OTSR's and get off...

SFoG, the new water park...

Back home to Detroit.. disapointed

Bummer, I was actually in Georgia heading back home to Chicago, but it was sunny early in the morning. The rain hit us as we entered Tennesee.

Tell me you're kidding James!? How long were you guys at the park? Hopefully, you didn't give up after 2:00 in the afternoon or something unless that was the time you had to go back. Sorry you had such a trip.

Unfortunately we had to leave at 2:30... We showed up at 11:00. I was not expecting to hit every coaster anyway, just what was possible.

I actually stopped off at the park because I had a few free hours between other stuff. I was in Atlanta on other business and did not have any other extra time to visit the park. I have a SF season pass and figured I might as well try. The group I went with only had to pay for parking. ($12.00)

I will probably be down there again in September scoping out the job market... I will get another chance to visit that park. And S:UF will be open then anyway...
