Okay let me start out by saying that I went to SFOG earlier this year in July and was miserable. Lines were too long, too hot, got sunburned, and S:UF broke down when I was next to go on. Anyway let me tell you my experience was the opposite yesterday. To avoid waiting and it breaking down we went straight to S:UF.
S:UF- 1 train wait, It was really fun, high g-force pretzel loop, not very intense though, took 10 minutes to get our restraints off, but better overall ride then Batwing I give it 8 out of 10.
Great American Scream Machine- 1 train wait backseat, fun woodie, good airtime, but rattled the brains out of me, also I'm small and got slung into the lap bar every bunny hop, 7 out of 10.
Deja Vu- I have to tell you that when I got there I didn't expect any more than Two Face: the Flip Side. we got there at 10:45 and they said it wouldn't open till 11, so we waited the ride opened we had a 1 train wait we got seat 3-B. Very smooth, extremely intense, amazing ride, loved it. 11 out of 10.
Batman : the Ride - we waited about 10 minutes when it broke down. We got out of line went to Mindbender, 5 minutes later it opened up again, and we went back to it. We waited about 20 min. Back seat I didn't really enjoy it as much as I normally would. No float air on the zero-g, still fun though, nothing special. 6 out of 10.
Mindbender- an hour and 50 minute wait for the second to back seat, let me say it wasn't worth the wait and certainly isn't the twenty-second best steel coaster on Earth, still it did pack some major g's on the loops, it was okay though, but the wait made it miserable. 5 out of 10
We ate fries for lunch and waited 30 minutes to get them which wasn't fun.
We went back to ride Deja Vu again, but it was broken down so we went to Thunder River
Thunder River- a 30 minute wait that was well worth it, I was bone dry untill the water fall where I got right under it, that made everything worth it. 6 out of 10
Deja Vu (2nd time)- we waited an hour for it, because it broke twice while we were in line, but very short breakdowns of 10 minutes. We got assigned 2b, still as great, yet a little rough, still great though. 10 out of 10
Georgia Scorcher- we waited about 45 minutes for it and this is still my favorite stand-up still a great ride wonderful graceful B&M. 8 out of 10
All in all it was a extreme improvement from last time and I enjoyed it a lot.
