SFO Trip --- Saturday Sept. 2nd... AWESOME

Well, you're all probably saying "Oh, this is another weekend trip report. I'm sure he had a horrible time."

Well you're absoultely wrong.

Here was my ride counts for this awesome Saturday SFO trip:

BKF- 6
RRE- 1
RWB- 1
DL- 2
ME- 1
MHNF- 1
and...
Villain- 18 (yes 18 times)

It was by far my best trip the whole seasons, out of my 16 visits to the park.

Ok, it started off about me thinking of whether or not to go on a weekend. "It's probably packed right now" I said to myself. I was wrong... totally wrong.

When we arrived, the parking lot seemed like a Monday night. "Is today Monday, or am I missing something?"

Started off the day with 5 rides on the Villain, all in the back seats. Waited 5 minutes each time. Awesome.

We next headed toward BKF and rode that 3 times in a row and waited around 10 minutes each ride. Awesome again.

Headed toward Superman: Ultimate Escape and rode that 3 times in a row. Waited 5 minutes each time. Awesome once again.

Went into the Wave Pool which was so packed, at least 5 people landed on me and gave me a headache. That was the only downside of the day.

We then headed toward BKF once again and rode 3 more times to make it 6 times altogether. Waited 10 minutes each time. Wow.

Ok, we ate now and then we vowed to ride Villain from 8:30 to closing. We took a ride on MHNF (which was so rough, but only waited 2 minutes), Mind Eraser (waited 5 minutes), Roadrunner Express (waited 5 minutes), Double Loop (waited 1 minute) Raging Wolf Bobs (waited 5 minutes), and the Villain some more times.

Now it was about 8:30-9:00 and we headed toward Villain. Line was little longer than in the day, and we waited 15 minutes. We then went on the Villain 7 more times in the night to make it 18 times altogether. In the night, we waited 1 minute for the Villain (back seat).

I was there once in 1998 and once in 1999.

Had better than average experience both times.

Need to make it out for the new rides, but will probably need to wait for next year at this point.

Probably skip CoasterMania next year and hit SFO, Mich Adv and a couple of parks I haven't been to.
(i.e. Holiday World, SFKK, and Dollywood ??)
I am open to suggestions.

Oh, I did go on ST once in the back seat. Way rough especially at the end. That's the reason for only one lap that day.

I will not sit in the back on ST. I think that it is way too rough. The ride is not too bad if you are up front though. I usually ride in second seat, but if the line is short then I will ride up front where there is nothing in front of you.

I generally bash this park, not because of what is there, I bash it because of what used to be there and the park still needs, like flat rides.
