SFNO Batman?

Last I heared the ride was taken down and looking at some refurbish ment. IS it going to back SFNO or to another park if so what park might it go to?

Probably was a topic about this already. But, don't expect it to be back at SFNO. It will probably end up at a SF park that does not have an inverted coaster yet. That is pretty much SFFT, and TGE. It may replace some of the SLC's that are in the chain which would leave SFKK, SFNE, SFA, and SFDK

SFKK Has T2 (Could be replaced but I dont see it happening)

SFNE Has Mind Eraser (One of the park favorits)

SFMW (SFDK) Has V2 (Relitivly new)

SFA Still has Ultra twister from astroworld not built yet (Dunno the status of the ride ATM) probly because there is no room.

SFFT Needs a new ride and most of the stuff from Astroworld went to SFOT so myabe...

^I wouldn't include V2 at SF(Discovery Kingdom) on that list of parks not having a chance of getting Batman.

SFGAm has V2 along with Deja-Vu and Batman. All 3 are inverted coasters and all are popular with riders at the Chicago park.

V2 and a Batman clone can co-exist very easily.

SFFT needs a new ride? They are getting the Tony Hawk spinning coaster. IMO that is a great addition as those coasters are family friendly and provide a great experience.

^^SFFT is getting a coaster this year but they're the only ones who can recieve B:TR from SFNO as no SF park is gonna take out an SLC just to replace it with a B&M invert.

SFDK already has Kong,an SLC so that rules them out & there's plenty of room to put UT up,only problem is that the ride is damaged beyond repair or so the legend goes.

^You are right, I forgot about Kong. I wish Coasterfreak would have said that to back up his claim. :)

I still wouldn't rule out SFKK. They know their SLC (T2) is a headbanging nightmare. Seems Shapiro has high hopes for this small scale SF park, so replacing T2 with Batman might be a possibility.

In fact, I wouldn't rule out having both T2 and BTR. The GP doesn't care that there's two of the same type of coaster in a park.

...or they could end up selling the ride.
