SFNE "Joker"?

As I'm planning a trip to SFNE this weekend, I visited the official site and they list a roller coaster named "Joker" that runs in the dark. There's no listing of this on RCDB, or SFNE.com, nor have I heard of such a thing. I'm assuming it's a pretty bad typo.
It's the old Joker's Revenge from SFFT. A Vekoma 3 looper with the train turned backwards. It is AWFUL. Rough as all getout, and made me super-sick to boot. Give it a shot, but don't expect much :) They call it "Jester"

edit: After rereading your post I'm even more confused as to what they're referring to. Jester is my best guess, but the dark confuses me. (Especially having been there this month)

Six Flags's website is known for having bad typos. I believe their site also claims SFDL's S:ROS launches using LIM's. :)

I've often wondered from time to time, how to write good poetry- and make it all... Work.
Jester is at SFNO, not E :)

The ride the SFNE website refers to is an indoor Trabant, not a coaster at all.

D'OH!!!!!!! I must be tired...I'm seeing "E"s as "Os". Time for bed :)

NOW who's the Joker...:)

...or is it Jekor? ;)

There's also an indoor Trabant at MSAP, if you get there before Labor Day...:(

SFNE *does* have an indoor ride named The Joker's Wildcard.. but it's not a coaster. It's a themed (I use the term loosely) Chance Wipeout. I rode it during my trip there a few weeks ago and it was certainly nothing to write home about. I don't recall any special effects or music or anything, of course it was hard to tell with all the kiddies screaming at the top of their lungs, and it was quite bright in there since the garage door was not fully closed. If you are planning a trip there, and are a flat ride fan, I would recommend riding it, it is quite fun without being overly intense. The line was short too, that's always a plus. ;)

PS- *NEVER* trust anything Six Flags puts on their websites. :) *** Edited 7/8/2004 8:47:02 AM UTC by JamminJ***
