SFNE 9/15 a day of good and horrid

Associated parks:
None

I wish that people did make these parks out to be worse they are, but unfortunately it's true. SF does not care about customer satisfaction. That's the bottom line, and hopefully when it has a terrible effect on their bottom line, they will see the error of their ways.

I haven't had terrible customer service from SFNE, but I have from SFMW. I've also seen idiotic policies across the board at almost all the six flags parks I've been to (most notably, paying for fast-q-lane-bot-pass).

Granted SFNE is not "obligated" to run more than one train on S:RoS. Nor are they "obligated" to run the ride at all. Or any rides, for that matter. It says so on the back of the ticket and pretty much anywhere else ("Rides may be closed to maintainance. This includes new rides etc.")

However, there's a damn good reason why CP is consistantly doing better business and why a places like HW can draw a 20% attendance increase. It's because they bother to put the extra train on, to give you free fast-way-lane-bot (or soda or sunscreen) and to implement the system in a non-stupid way.

In capatialism, money talks, and it's pretty obvious that customer service and friendly employees give CP the reputation they need to turn a profit.
