SFNE 7/18...First time getting Q-bot

Well I had a pretty good day. Got to the park @ 12:30...there was sooo much traffic on the way there and wow that parking lot is HUGE in the back...I had to park on the dirt parking lot which is sooo distant from the park. Anyways got in and one of my groupies were really hungry so we went to Crack Axle Canyon.
We did Houdini ride 8/10...nice ride which isnt to intense but fun.
We ate @ my new favorite eatery...its paralell to ship wreck falls and I sat inside...Great themeing in the restaraunt and great food...
Then we went to Cyclone which was running to trains...The line was huge and we decided to get a Q-bot. only $36 for 4 people wasnt to bad. We figured out how to use it and Reserved thunderbolt...then Scream...Then Superman then went to Twister...
Twister 8/10 Rode twice throughout the day...Very fun
Then we went to Mind Eraser and reserved it then Reserved Batman..Later on one train was taken off the tracks and I finally got to see how the transfer track works...So one train op. led to a huge line...So we didnt ride it...We went to Buzzsaw 9/10 GREAT RIDE
Then we went to Ship Wreck falls 8/10...nice but Canobies gets you wetter.
Then we rode thunderbolt and it was fun 8/10...then Scream...only was running the space shot on both towers which sucked...Combo is sooo much better...6/10 and then Superman 10/10...Wow last row and great great ride..Just Amazing...
Then Mind Eraser...hurt a bit...6/10...really needs a paint job...
Then walked around and reserved Flashback...We went to the waterpark to check it out...Looks great..then we went to Flashback 7/10...and then Cyclone in the dark...Awsome ride 9/10...running two trains and yet a huge line...this ride is definitly still very popular...Then New England Skyway and left....I noticed they put the letters back on on THE GREAT CHASE sign....Also the park was very clean and i didnt notice any litter and saw several sweepers around the park. Hey! I was there yesterday too!
The traffic getting there was ridiculous. We were stopped from exit 6 on the Mass Pike. We left early but still didn't get there until 11:15. We found a shortcut off the highway that we used to get out of the park too cause there was traffic last night at 7:30 getting back to the highway. The Q-Bot saved our butts too. 3 rides on S:ROS, 2 on B:TDK, 1 on Scream (the one tower running the drop program), and several rides on Blizzard River and the Falls as well. Attempted the water park but the lockers were sold out and the lines were way too long to wait, so we splashed a bit and left. I have to say even though it was crowded the park seemed cleaner and the staff friendlier that I can remember. I am usually a harsh critic of that park, but all in all it was a great time!

I went on the 19th and I also got stuck in the traffic in Springfield. Instead of two hours to get there it took me three.
