First of all I'd like to mention that I have posted 101 pics from my visit on my website: www.sfne.zzn.com.
We arrived at the park around 10:15 to see not so crowded admission lines, which was a good thing. We got in the park after about 5 mins. of waiting which was bad at all.
First, we headed to B:DK since this was my friend's first visit this year. We were happy to see the line on the stairs and we got on the back row after about 5 mins. of waiting again. After that, we waited for 15 mins. for Scream! which was running two Double Shot towers the whole day. Then, we headed to the Mind Eraser and my friend blacked out for about 10 secs. because of the constant headbanging. Next, we went down to DC and saw a huge line for S:RoS so we decided to put it off a little while. Nightwing was close and had a short line so we took a spin on that. Very fun and enjoyable.
Next up was the south end: we rode Cyclone first which was a walk-on (the painfulness almost makes the ride more enjoyable ). After that we hit Time Warp. Then, we did Flashback because the line was only on the stairs. We sat in the back. Next was the Stampede Bumper Cars because, again, they had no line. I almost crippled myself when I got from two different angles almost instantaneously. My friend decided for us to go on again and that meant another round of fun with a little longer wait this time. After the bumper cars, we hopped on the Tomahawk which had no line as always but is not my favorite flat anymore and you'll see why in a sec.
Twister was next, which is my new favorite flat at SFNE. This ride is running the best its ever run in the five years I've visited this park. Last year it was braked heavily and wasn't very intense resulting in only 3-4 flips in the sequence. This year, there are no brakes except for the end of the ride and we recieved 8, yea count 'em, 8 FLIPS ALL TOGETHER. We were amazed by this and went on numerous more times to recieve 7 flips there after. Next up was Chaos, this was the second trip this year and I still love this ride although it seems to be getting rougher and rougher. Still fun though.
We went down to DC again only to find S:RoS broken down on the lift hill. It started up soon though, but we had decided to take a spin on Joker's Wild Card, then Poison Ivy's Tangled/Twisted Trains. After this we went back to see a very short line. People must have left when they saw it broke down. This resulted in only a 45 min. wait for the back seat which I am still very pleased with.
Superman was definetly the highlight of our trip and we just did miscellaneous flats after this. We left @ 7:30. I bought a Six Flags mug because it looked really cool and I know I'll get good use out of it.
