Bring water, drink LOTS of water, this works at all parks. Make sure to drink or you can get heatstrooke, happened to my cousin.

I went last Saturday and the lines weren't bad at all, so a Tuesday shouldn't have any lines, but if you are looking to cool off don't go on Tidal Wave, Yosemite Sam's Sierra falls, Arrowhead Splashdown, or Log Jammer. I went on all of them last weekend and I didn't get one drop of water on me. If you are looking to cool off go on Roaring Rapids or the shower misters in Bugs Bunny World. This was the best quarter I've ever spent at a theme park. It is located next to bathrooms between the Yosemite Sam raft ride and the side entrance to Bugs Bunny World.
Its magic Mountain U never know how long the lines, are thanmk god i broke my toe so i can get in the handicapped line.

I'm going to SFMM in early August, and I was wondering, do they give out free ice water?

I'd walk through hell in a gasoline suit to keep riding roller coasters
OK, the best place to buy water at SFMM is the McDonalds right next to Cyclone Bay 500 and Dive Devil. 60 Cents for a Large cup of water! Great price! This is how long the lines were last Tuesday:
Goliath-10 to 15 minutes
Batman-Walk on Front Row
Colossus-less than 5 minutes
The Riddlers Revenge-15 to 20 minutes
Gold Rusher-walk on front row
Ninja-Less than 5 minutes front row
Superman The Escape-10 to 15 minutes(ok, it may look like it's a 30 minute wait but now they stop the people from entering the cave for a minimum of 5 minutes that way it isn't that long when you get in there.)
Psyclone-walk on fron row
Viper-walk on front row
Revolution-Walk on front row
Flashback-closed:(
It will easily hit over 100 degrees so drink a lot of water
actually the best place to buy water is at the pizza place its free there

Its free at Eduardo's next to Tidal Wave. If you want a free SODA, go to the right side exit of Suzette's if you already have a cup you can have you selection of free sodas without them even knowing since the soda machine blocks thier view of the exit. If you dont have a cup go ahead and get one of the smaller water cups sitting next to the machine.

Im going tomorrow does anyone have some last minute advice?

In my personal photo Im the one on the left.
Yes. Do not walk under the S:TE structure when the cars are passing by. Just think of an F-16 passing overhead. Ouch to your ears.

I work there so don't break your toe because we wont let you on some of the rides.
Best day to go is on a Monday, but if you really want to have some fun Friday are fun because were open till 12am don't go on Tuesday because thats are dark day, but it is still fun on Tuesday just know Fireworks...
I was just there today. The lines WERE long, but they shouldn't be during the week. The heat is bad though. just be ready and you will have a great time

I was there last Thursday, I got about an hour wait for Goliath and about a 45 minute wait for Batman: The Ride and Riddlers Revenge. Psyclone was a walk on, while viper and revolution had about a 10 minute wait.
The lines are not long at all. I went to on a tuesday last month and all the lines were 20 mintues long. The only lines that were not 20 minutes long were Batman, Superman, and Riddlers. They were around 40. Lucky you I wish I was going. From now on when I go to SFMM during the summer, its always going to be on a tuesday. Have fun!!!! =}
If you are going in a large group you should bring wakie-talkies It really helped when me and my brother, uncle, cousins split around. At one place at sfmm it was 2 dollars for a bottle of water which was a rip off.

Why buy water? I found drinking fountains all over the place when I went.
Well all over the park, every resteraunt, and little walk up place you can get tiny little cup of free water. The water fountains are very sick.

SFMM went from Amusment Park to Xtreme Park. They skipped Theme park :)
WEAR COMFY WALKNIG SHOES. If you don't listen to any advice anybody's giving you, listen to this. Because by the end of the day, your feet will be ready to fall off!! And the hike up to Superman won't help.
BTW I'm going to MM this Saturday, 8/5. Anybody else going that day?
