SFMM crowds in October

My fiance and I will be in California in early October and are planning to go to SFMM on a Friday. Does anyone know from past experience what the crowds will be like then. Any first hand knowledge would be appreciated.

The crowds will be light! Fall and winter are the least crowded times of year.

Lines on Fridays in October are very short, but the earlier you go in October, the shorter the lines. I would expect lines to be max 15 minutes all day.
