SFMM Coke Can Discount

I saw on their website that if you bring a Coke can in, you get a buy one get one free. My question is if you have to bring in a special can like the ones that SFGAm had for like 27.99 that you could find in Chicago or could I bring one from Iowa to work as it doesn't specify on the website?

Also, does anyone from CA know how long this is going for? I am looking to go in November.

Thanks for the help.

I think you need a can that has the offer. I just looked at it and it expires October 31st. The offer is buy 1 get 1 free.

I'd imagine they'll have anotheroffer in November. Might not be Coke, but there always seems to be an offer going on.

No special can needed. The promo will probably be over with by November, but they'll likely have some other offer going on. Usually though, it's only for SoCal residents.

If you buy your tickets online, they usually have some major discount there too, and you don't have to be a SoCal resident. The current deal is $26.00.

If it turns out you need the can with the offer, there are gas stations with mini-marts just outside the entrance. With all those coasters, you'll probably need the caffeine anyway. ;)

Thanks for the info, I saw the print and go but the coke can was a little bit better priced.

Well there is a chance we might change to October so the Coke Discount would be sweet.

Does anyone know how the Fright Fest works? Does it open at a certain time on Saturdays and would I be able to ride all the "available" coasters prior to the Fright Fest starting?

^What kind of things they will be doing varies each year. Last year, they used Deja Vu as a maze since it was SBNO.
Fright Fest wont start till later in the night. When SFMM opens, its like a regular day. Go about riding your rides and what not. SOME rides close about an hour before Fright Fest starts so they can set up. But, you should call the offices at Magic and get a bit more info on it. Working at X, you never got to see what Fright Fest looked like:(
