SFMM Advice needed

I will be making my first trip to SFMM on Sunday June 25th.

Now I have been on this site for years and I have searched for any and all topics regarding SFMM.

Now I am wondering what is the best way to beet the crowds. Also any resturant ideas or suggestions of where to eat in the park. Any info or thoughts would be great. Thank you guys for your time.

There is no such thing as a terrible Coaster just ones that haven't been taken care of

Generally, the way to "beat the crowds" is going to be the same at every park: Go on a weekday, ride the rides in the back first, ride during lunchtime and dinnertime, etc.

And yes, there is such a thing as a terrible coaster. While you're at SFMM, ride Psyclone for an example.

LOL...if you BEET the crowds they'd all be purple ;)
Mmmmm, borscht! :) Who's the official borschtmaker for SF anyway?
Get to the park 30 minutes before it opens and wait it the gates to open. When they open run as fast as you can and go to X or Tatsu. Then go over the mountain to the back of the park or cut through rapid canyon area to Deja Vu and Pyclone (just because in always has a less then 10 minute wait).

For lunch just eat some fries from the fry stall by Goliath and Superman's tower. Then when you leave drive on the free way about 2 exits down there is a Chilies and Coca’s.

I ended up eating at a large eatery near goliath (not sure of the name of the place but if I remember it was a large food court type deal.)

I think the park is lacking a bit in the food department but everything we had at least at this spot seemed somewhat OK. At the very least I don't remember it being awful which is always a good thing, at least at a SF park. ;)

Tatsu is one of the coasters available on the FastLane program; X is not. As soon as you're in the park grab a $15 Fastlane pass and ride X first thing as it can easily have a 3-hour wait all day. Then use FastLane for Tatsu.
Tatsu's line moves quite fast. X's line does not.

Go to X first, then hit the back of the park. Come back for Tatsu a little later.
