SFLR 07: SFAW Waterslides

This may seem abit early, but there have been several strong rumors, no pics (hard to get with La Ronde), that La Ronde is getting a waterpark/slides for 2007.

This will be the parks 40th Anniversary

Sources claim that the slides are already indoors @ LR and that they are from SFAW. A skull/pirate shaped bowl (to tilt and pour water) has been spotted also.

Montreal does have several waterparks, but all are atleast 45-60mins from the city, I could see SF doing this.

Didn't LR once have a waterpark that didn't go over too well? How will they insure that won't happen again? If I recall it was the park's location by the river that made it rather cold for a waterpark.

Yep, that's what I reported. The fact that the water park that was small AND upcharge also didn't help... hopefully, if there's any truth to this, SF will think it out more.
