SFKK's bonus is a BUST!

When you purchase a seasons pass at SFKK, you get a little coupon that allows you and a friend a one time ride on the attraction of your choice and you only have to go thru the exit line to wait. This seems great in theory and a nice reward, but it's failing MISERABLY. I was at SFKK on 4/11 and the ride ops are letting people pick whatever seats they want to get on thru the exit line. I waited for close to an hour for T2 and had to wait another run because a couple of kids used their coupons. A quick solution is to let those people use the single rider seats that are vacated. They shouldn't get to pick and choose. I bought a pass but I'll be darned if I'm gonna make somebody wait another cycle just so I can PICK which ever seat I want to when I want to. I'm probably being too picky on this...what do you all think?

All I know is it wouldn't bother me, unless if it happend every cycle, or it happend to me. Thats when I'd get mad... waiting for the next train when your next in line, and not going on the train that just left because of some coupon...

Oh, yeah. The way you use "kids" in there, you make them sound like criminals. If you were, you suck. If not, sorry. I'm paranoid about that. My parents see anyone under 18 a criminal, including me. I get sick of it. If you didn't mean it that way, then just forget this little paragraph.

As long as the line still moves, im happy. Now they are goin to have a big problem up at PKI. There is a day that you can just flash your gold pass and get a second ride without getting up. That might just be a problem. (hint: that day is tuesday)

That could be a horrible thing at PKI, especially with the dozens of people in groups who like to make sure they ride with each other in each train. I think it'a just certain coasters, but I hope it would be too big of a problem. Hopefully, Tuesday was their least visited day during the season(and I think it or Thursday was).

I do think attendance is down on that day. To top the disaster off, PKI`s free upgrade didnt help at all either.

I am a gold season pass holder at PKi and I must admit that the first two for Tuesday will be very interesting, especially since the double rides are available on Face Off, Drop Zone, Son of Beast and the Beast, excluding front and back cars!

So where is the problem? Are you aggravated because you bought a single admission ticket. If you bought a season pass there then you can also do the same. After waiting for 1 hour it shouldnt bother you that you had to wait an extra 2 minutes for the next train. I think you are taking this to seriously.

Yeah, and the kid that used the free ride pass is also a paying customer. He bought a SFKK season pass and was given an incentive to buy it. If you or Joey Stewart bought the same thing, you would take advantage of the offer. Life is to short to get bent out of shape over something that the park is promoting. Who cares?

I just want to point out that since PKI has probabily about 1500 of these gold cards, imagine if all the people that have gold cards show up on tuesdays? The lines will be about 2x the normal length.

I don't have a problem with people using the coupons to ride the coasters at all. I have a problem with them being able to be choosey (is that a word) with where they get to sit. I think the program could be implemented better if they would let the coupon riders fill up the seats that are vacant next to single riders. It almost never fails that there are vacant seats on SFKK's coasters. Chang is probably the worst one of them all. CP helped out solo riders by asking if there were any present in line. I got to ride Raptor front seat because of it. :) I just think that SFKK could use their heads a little better with this. Especially when I hear ride ops talking about how annoying "those kids with the coupons" are getting. BTW...I bought a pass, I'll use my coupon but I don't know what for yet. I won't be going front seat though I can assure ya of that.
