SFKK: Your Plan

You have just been hired as SFKK's general manager, and it is time to do some serious expanding. You have virtually limitless dough, so what is your plan? Here is mine, starting with 2001, since it seems that we know what is happening this year.

2001: Sky coaster, some new shows maybe?
2002: Impulse Coaster, massive log flume a al dudley-do-right at IOA
2003: B&M Floorless (launched would be nice)
2004: CCI double out and back
2005: Starchaser II, indoor flying dutchman

Don't touch the watch.
If I ran SFKK, I would have to say first work on the layout. Add another bridge over the service road in the middle. Maybe even a tunnel(if it is limitless dough). Run all the rides all the time. Then consider adding new rides. I don't know how high you can get though with the airport right by. A good 100 ft. CCI would be good. I would change that from "some new shows maybe?" to just new shows.
I wouldn't want to build anything taller than Chang anyways.

The only time I was at SFKK was back in '97 when Chang was new. But I have a few suggestions....

1. Find a new location and build a bigger park with a better layout. This would alleviate the height restrictions imposed by the nearby airport.

2. With that in mind, build a hyper like Goliath or Nitro.

3. Put in an open air performing arts center (like at Darien Lake) and offer summer concerts.

4. Expand the water park to offer more slides.

5. More flat rides just like every park out there needs them.

6. T2 would be gone and replaced by a custom built Beemer invert.

I doubt they'd do an outdoor arena at their current location, given that Freedom Hall is all of 100 feet from the SFKK entrance. :)

Their layout does need work though.

Does anyone know what the real height restrictions are at SFKK? It's a good half mile from the edge of the airport, maybe further from any actual runways.

Do they need another CCI? They have one now, plus a Dinn/Summers one, and Holiday World is an hour away with two CCI's. That's a lot of Dinn in one area :) (Not that that's a bad thing)

They sure as hell don't need any more Vekoma stuff. They've had waaay plenty of that already. Throw an Arrow 4D in there to mix things up a bit.

Technically SFKK's my home park, but I spend more time at PKI. Go fig.

If I were the GM of SFKK, I would sit and do just what my boss Gary Story told me to do.
