No.
That's just a creative ploy to get web-site visitors speculating. It doesn't mean anything other than that.
I mean, what if I were to put on that web-site -
"A whole new stratosphere on thrills!"
Does that immediately mean it's some kind of tower ride? No.
I'm looking forward to KK getting the shuttle loop (I was hoping for an Impulse, but I'll take anything at this point). I do hope they theme it in some fashion. I thought SF did a great job on the entrance/station of RoadRunner Express, and I don't see any reason why they couldn't give the same treatment to "ViperWave".

Impulse Shmimpulse, they are a dime a dozen.
Bring on the genius of Anton baby!

Ode to the offseason:
Offseason Offseason what shall I do? Who cares the sun is still shining the sky is still blue! GET A LIFE!
There is a similar ride (Schwarzkopf) in Great Britain that recently enclosed the loop portion, and apparently to rave reviews. However, I am just grateful this ride is not going to the scrapheap.
I remember well how thrilling the ride was when it was Tidal Wave at Mariott's Great America in Gurnee. Long live these shuttles!
It's not Great Britain it's Six Flags Blgium I do belive. The ride is Trbine and from the looks of it on Robb Alvey's ECO Video's it is extremely sweet.
Got a whole light show going on in the launch portion.
Seeing the Six Flags parks overseas really makes you wonder why they get themed so amazingly well while our parks over her in the states don't.

The rock probably refers to a concert series that the park has. The ride obviously refers to the rides.

does anyone know why they're taking SL out of SFOG? do we know yet if they're planning anything else?
I don't think they'd make it a "Rock" coaster. then they'd be copying Disney!

Possibly where you live..The closest one to me is Wicked Twister (6 hours away). I've ridden WT and S:UE and enjoyed them both a great deal. I was hoping for one closer to home. Trust me though, I am not complaining that we're getting some Anton love! :)

An impulse would be great...hey, who begs for Intamin steel more than the gator, lol. But an Anton shuttle is a CLASSIC ride, and the Impulses are still enjoying their 15 minutes of fame...there's still time for them, while being GRACED with Viper (ok, Chitown, Tidal Wave...;))....that's a serious coup for SFKK. Trust me, if they built a copy of V2, or even WT, at IoA or BGT, I'd be *all over* that sucker, but to get a GREAT ride *and* a museum piece all in one....amazing...:)
Agreeing heartily with the peeps who, like me, believe that threading the loop with a path...or even better yet, another ride....(Jaguar!)...that's the (Golden) ticket!
RollerJunkie, Viper was removed from SFoG's lineup to make room for S:UF..
I guess whan I have 3 Impulses within three hours you tend to become a little, I guess used to them.

Six Flags Belgium's Anton shuttle (Turbine) is enclosed. Perhaps that is the one you are talking about?
Turbine is amazing! Since most of the ride is enclosed, going backwards provided a very, VERY, strange feeling when going through the loop.
