This was in this mornings paper. It says that SFGAm is accued in a lawsuit of leaving a girl in a first-aid room for six hours before calling an ambulance to treat an injury. The girl suffered a fractured ankle while exiting the hometown fun machine ride. They are saying the ride operator did not even notice until another guest got their attention. Staff paramedics evaluated the girl as subtaining a less-serious ankle sprain. Sfgam also claims that the reason they waited so long was because they had to contact a legal guardian before they could move on. "They got ill-trained people who are mainly concerned about their liability and not heir guest" comment made by defending attorney. They are seeking more than $50,000 in damages.
