SFGAm Question - CoasterBuzz

hey, havnt been to the park in a couple of weeks and was wondering what has happened to power dive. i know it was in the proccess of being taken down but is it all the way down yet? and does anybody know why they took it down and whats going to go in place of it? i heard rumors of a giant ferris wheel and that would suck!

Well, last time I was there (June 10th) it was 90% gone. The only remaining parts were the 4 bases of the supports, and the loading platform, but no airgates.

Why it was taken down? Your guess is as good as mine.

I was there a week ago, it was completely gone and it's covered queue was filled with a game (mini-bowling) and a refreshment stall and the "Power Dive" sign now says (I think) "Power Roller"...

anyone else hear that a ferris wheel would be put in its place?

I have heard the rumor that a giant ferris wheel would go in but I am seeing that as less likely. I hope they do. They need another ferris wheel after ripping out the triple wheel.

It's in the employee parking lot in the back of the park.
